Re: Retrostone2 CFW v1.21 Alpha test release

Well i do have several questions : - I saw you post something about dual output here : https://forum.armbian.com/topic/10928-lcd-hdmi-dual-output-a20-mainline/ As i said above, i could only make it work with HDMI cable plugged in and only if i specifically disable it upon boot and enable it later. ...

Re: Retrostone2 CFW v1.21 Alpha test release

Some things I noticed or remarks to make it more intuitive: 1. When you open Skin/GMenu2X with A, you can exit with B but with start. But if you open Wallpaper/About with A, you can exit with B I understand that it's because B is used for other navigation in Skin. But it would be more intuitive to h...

Re: Retrostone2 CFW v1.21 Alpha test release

Thanks for releasing it! :)
It's great news!
Damn we send you the normal version that sucks. We should have sent you one with the joystick.

And Happy New year!

Edit: After watching the video I understand that it's not us that sent you one actually. Sorry about that we forgot to send you one...

Re: toggle LOW Battery LED / screensaver battery display

That's awesome :)
Let me know when it's up and running! I'm sure they'll integrate it if he come's back to Retrorangepi.

Re: toggle LOW Battery LED / screensaver battery display

Hi Florian! Thanks for your contribution! I'll see if Retrorangepi developper can integrate it. Though he is currently not working on Retrorangepi sadly. For the LED here are how they are connected : Top LED = connect to VCC. So it's on as soon as the system is ON. Middle LED = CHGLED (pin 36) of AX...

It's quite similar.

Re: Which Image?

Hey guys,
Sorry about those issue.
For the gamepad issue you're having can you please tell me more about them?
For the emulators have you checked on retrorangepi forum ? As they handle the software part they are better suited to solve those issues

Re: Random Directional Inputs (possibly Joystick)

Hey guys, Sorry for my late reply, I have not been monitoring the forum much lately. As I was thinking Sakib was monitoring it and would have notified me if anything required assistance. There must have been a mishap. Glad you found the solution though. Sorry about this production issue, it should d...

Optional buttons C and Z activation

Hi guys, I just found out that on current version of Retrorangepi the optional buttons C and Z are commented in the gamepad driver script. If you want to use them you need to un-comment (remove the # in front of the lines) the lines 23 and 26 of the python script : home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu/Retr...

Re: Random Directional Inputs (possibly Joystick)

thanks for the support, I use a retroStone 2 with the joystick, I uploaded a private video on the tube so that you can see what is going on, it seems to me that the joystick is moving exactly as if someone was physically moving it. It's strange in your video the joystick seems to behave correctly. ...
