I can't get any sound to work via the speaker or the audio jack. I don't have a mini-HDMI to HDMI adapter to hook up to HDMI. Also is there anything special we need to do to enable a USB WiFi adapter to work? I plugged one into the top USB ports and even after a reboot the RetroPie WiFi setup cannot detect any SSID's even though I'm in the same room as the router.

Unfortunately, loosening the screws did not help. I still have to pound the down button on the DPAD to get it to register. The up button works fine.
