Where the shoulder buttons are placed could be improved, I find them to be too far in / too close to the main body (not enough space between the shoulder buttons and the main body). I would like to know too since I have the same/similar issue. The speaker in my unit clicks/taps, in a steady metronome-like manner, from the moment it is turned on. I haven't tried playing games or anything else, haven't gotten to the good part yet, since I have to take it apart again for the umpte...
