Thank You for your reply, The PCB was damaged, the charge regulator melted, almost imprinting the heatsink into the surrounding plastic casing. As a result, the Rapiboy won't power up, although the last to leds indicate some activity when connected to a power source. I've already ordered a replaceme...

Is it possible to feed the hdmi out signal to the raspiboy screen somehow ?*
Or use the GPIO instead ?
