I Had similar problem, so I tried to let my Retrostone charging a whole night to figure out. 4th Led was turned on when I woke up. I retried with several chargers. 4th Led always finishes to light up. Maybe it takes a little bit more than 5 hours to charge the battery up to 100% Hope this helps for ...
