Re: What action should I take to access the Windows folder using Ip adress?
Try to type \\192.168.xxx.xxx (put your retrostone's IP) in windows explorer. That's how I do it even if if doesn't show up on the network. But you never know sometimes it just won't work, that's what happened to me on previous os flashes.

Re: Dreamcast emulation. Stuck on bios
Now I'm able to play, and it runs pretty well indeed. I already played Soul Calibur, Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Grandia 2, but now I realized my memory cards get corrupted/deleted each time I exit the game. I need to test it again, but in Grandia 2 I saved the game (first time told me there was no spac...

Re: psx files
Edit es_systems.cfg in /etc/emulationstation/, find the playstation entry and in the extensions field remove .bin and .BIN
In the same manner I addee the .chd extension for the Dreamcast.

Re: Dreamcast emulation. Stuck on bios
I think somehow the retrorangepi team got the controls wrong. Open config/dreamcast/mappings/controller_RetroStoneControle.cfg And replace the content of the file with this : [emulator] mapping_name = RetroStone Controle btn_escape = 314 [dreamcast] btn_a = 304 btn_b = 305 btn_c = btn_d = btn_x = 30...

Re: Problems with saving the state in a game
It happened to me a couple of times with the n64 but at the time I was messing around with the config.
For the PS1 I had the same problem but then everything was fixed when I added the correct bios files.
For SNES though it's a bit weird as it should work right out of the box.

Re: How to expand the file system to make use of full space
Maybe you could use gparted? I don't know if it's already installed on the RetrorangPi, in case it is not just type "sudo apt-get install gparted" on any terminal.
Then I guess it would be available in desktop mode, and here you would launch it and manage your disk.

Re: Readable RetroArch GUI
I do not understand what is the menu you speak of. I can access some menu with start, but there is no configuration editor there, just things like input set (which does not work, I need to navigate the menu with buttons, but it automatically maps the buttons when I press)... Can someone post a scre...

Awesome! I actually accepted the need to press harder as a fact. Now I corrected it and this feels like a free upgrade!
