I tried this mod before i pack it up and send it back.

The mod does not do anything different, still crashes on boot, every time something different happens, black screen, scrolling text then crash.

On the odd occasion it might boot but this has defiantly not fixed it for me.

Disk part does nothing, this is nothing to do with it so dont waste your time. Any card formatted and flashed that boots ONCE, is correctly flashed. The problem is with the hardware or the image ( i doubt if is the image or it wouldn't boot at all ) , if i had to hazard a guess id say the hardware i...

My unit will need replacing as well, im just fed up with trying now.

Freezing, sometimes it boots sometimes it dont, what the hell is going on with this thing.

Done it mate, loads of times using several diff cards using etcher and win32. Same results. Some cards it boots some it does not boot at all. Finally get it working and now its corrupted. Sad thing is i cant even sell the thing as its hit and miss whether it works, boots etc. Ill give it a few weeks...

Wasted too much time with this thing now, never flashed so many SD cards in my life. Finally got it to work, and apart from the god awful screen it played OK. Put it away came back to it a few days later, switch it on and what happens, yep thats right its now corrupt and gives errors. Theres no way ...

The on off switch is awful, its loose, soldered at an angle and it is not soldered on the top of the pads and is moving when switched....at least on my unit it is. The main component with wear and tear is the on off switch and this should be solid, i think this will fail on lots of units if this is ...
