Re: LED above screen
That's light that comes from the LCD. I think the light actually comes from where the LCD ribbon attach to the LCD shell. And it's green because the LCD ribbon is green. If you want to remove this light you'll need to open and add some opaque tape. I don't actually have a working blue unit at hand t...

Re: Powering on & Sleep
Please don't use the sleep function for now. It's default setting of Retrorangepi, but we have not checked how it behaves with RetroStone2 yet. So best is to just use the shutdown. I think when you sleep the unit, then you actually hard-shutdown the unit when you try to power it back up (hardshutdow...

Re: Background noise speaker
I have not noticed this issue on my side yet. I ha It may indeed be interferences. In which case adding a shielding layer could solve the issue. I just tried on the units I have, and can hear static sound from the speaker only when sticking the speaker directly to my hear. Then I can hear a very lig...

Re: Questions before buying
Regarding GPiCase and Odroid, note that those are unassembled kits. So they save cost on assembly and quality test. Initially when I launched Raspiboy it was a 49-59€ so similar to them. But after you add lot of small features the manufacturing cost adds slowly but surely :) Regarding GPiCase I don'...

Re: Activate WLAN
Currently the wifi/bt chip is disabled by default because it's inducing some lag for an unknown reason. We'll activate it back when root issue will be identified.

Re: Changement boutons
To change the buttons you'll need to : - Remove battery - Unscrew back casing - Lift back casing and put it on the right side. - Make sure you don't have electrostatic charge. Dont do this wearing a wool sweater or after rubbing your feets on the carpet.. Also try to hold the PCB by the edges, or by...

This feature is still under development. Currently the HDMI works only on the Armbian desktop.

Best is to ask that on Retrorangepi forum as they are more knowledgeable on emulators

Re: ROM Location Request/Problem
Having the rom folder on the SD card is the default behaviour. It was the same on RetroStone1. If you want to have your rom library on USB flashdrive, then you need to set it up on retrorangepi. But I think this is supported on RetroStone2. Please ask on their forum if you can't find how to set it u...

Re: LCD brightness
Are you trying to change in software (pressing "start" "LCD settings"... ) or with the side buttons?
On software, when you slide left and right it does not change until you exit the setting. So you need to slide all the way to 100%, then exist this setting, it should then update.
