Re: LCD burn-in
Hi,
Can you upload a picture please to see what it looks like?
I'm not sure where this problem comes from. I need to discuss about it at factory.

Re: Builtin speaker channels / weird sound
The hardware is as follow :
Stereo sound goes to the audio jack.
Inside the audio jack there are switches which are open when headphone set are connected. If unconnected, both L and R join and go to speaker amplifier.

Re: Problems with German customs
This happened few time in the past already... In which case they destroyed the packet in the end.
What we usually do is just send another packet again.
Open a ticket on the website if the packet is confirmed to be destroyed and we'll send you a replacement.

Officially 64GB is the max supported. Though for RetroStone1 it was the same, and most 128/256gb cards were working perfectly.

Re: Yellow LCD tint
You can try to trim more the pins that seems the highest. Also check the USB pins too. The big plastic pins can also be trimmed. Also you can maybe try to replace the small black foam with one that is less thick. The main point of that foam is to insulate so that the pins do not contact on LCD metal...

Re: DMG colored plastic buttons?
Ok I understand now. You mean this shade of red right? We only have the red buttons as the one on the console. Though if you want more red button we can help you there. If you want this exact shade, then we need to customize them and MOQ for the buttons is 10k pieces. Though buttons are cheap parts ...
