Computer USB power supply is not enought (usually 0.5A) and crash is likely because of that. You need at least 2A to play while charging

Ok then I think pogo pins don't make contact correctly. I will send you a replacement pcb. Last tought, is the casing closed correctly? no need to screw hard but there should not be space between the 2 casings.
