The RetroStone is based on the OrangePi board. So, it stands to reason it's compatible with numerous OS.

I think it either could be a problem with your Micro-SD cards or a software issue.
I have 2 RetroStones and I've been using them continuously without any issues.
I buy all of my Micro-SD cards in-person from BestBuy. I don't trust Amazon or eBay to sell quality memory cards.

No, the RetroStone does not have Bluetooth nor does it have WiFi. Even if you get a compatible Bluetooth dongle you'll never be able to get it working. Retropie will not allow you to stream through a Bluetooth dongle. You'll need a Bluetooth transmitter. The Bluetooth transmitter connects to the 3.5...
