I've also noticed this problem, but after some adjustments, it was corrected. As I said elsewhere, try slightly loosening the screws closest to the buttons that you're having trouble with. That may alleviate your issue.

After reflashing my SD card and making sure I edited the config.txt file on my computer before inserting it into the RPB, I no longer have this problem. My advice would be to try this, yourself. You may have made changes to your device and you're going to loose them, but that's all part of getting a...

I've found that some of the buttons are problematic if the case is screwed together completely. Try loosening some of the screws closest to the buttons that are giving you trouble by a turn or half a turn and see if they work any better.

So, when I initially set my RPB up, I had audio working just fine. Subsequently, I changed the disk image out for a different one, and found that my audio no longer worked, so I may have damaged the speaker. Would this effect the audio output to the headphone jack?
