The crash can happen anytime? The LCD turns blue with crazy lines?
Or does is it just the game that crashes it just go back to emulation station?

Turn on loading screen crash the retrostone all leds turn off. Playing games crash the retrostone all ledsbturn off, the system autorestart. Start>quit>shutdown> All leds go down and the system autorestart.

Mine does this during games, sometimes and unpredictably. It will go back to emulation station.

@Mayday if it's the game that crashes and goes back to emulation station it's a software issue.

Howver @Pepucino if your RetroStone crash (turn off) randomly that might be a hardware issue. Are you sure you have done everything correctly during installation?
- Formated in FAT32?
- SD was cleared correctly before flashing?
- Do you boot with something connected to USB or charger?
- Is your battery full ? Does that impact on your boot success/failure?
- What version of Retrorangepi are you using? have you tested several?
- What is your backer/order number?

I can't see your video, there's a " ! " when i click your link and no video. Maybe URL wrong?

Yes,
