Screen alignment

I have played with it for a while.
I wanted to play it with good screen, so I managed to hookup some HDMI screen.
It was good, and after done playing, I just turned it off and realized that I didn't switch it back to normal screen.
So I used that rescue button.
The default screen came back, but it is now aligned to upper-left little bit, making it unable to see small bit of left and top corner.
How can I align it back to center?
And, what should I select to switch it back from HDMI to default screen? There are multiple options and I can't figure out which is correct one.

Select the default NTSC setting near the bottom of the list to make the screen on the handset work
