Complete noob

Hi guys I haven’t had much time to look at this site, but I did go over the pages but I can’t see a thread telling me what to do exactly. I did format my sd card with sd card formatter and with fat32. What I don’t know is what to do next? I did go to retrorange pi and click on the new Retrostone os on Sept 5. I did have to stop the download the first time as it wasn’t really downloading quickly and second time I did it, it downloaded onto zip express(not sure if that’s what I should use or not?) I tried to extract it but it kept giving me a error message? I wasn’t able to get pass this unfortunately. Can someone tell me what I should do next, preferably in steps? I can follow along easier but I’m having a hard time with this. Thanks for your time!
