Amstrad/Sega Saturn Installation

Hello all
is there any guidance on how to install a new emulator ? I would to install an Amstrad emulator for example (Arnold maybe) and I dont know where I m supposed to save or install it
Not the same topic but where should I save my Sega Saturn roms ? I found SegaCD and Sega32 but not too sure for Sega Saturn
