A and B seem switched in ES

A and B seem to be switched in Emulation Station but not in games. Is this normal? If I switch in ES will that switch the interface for the games too?
Hi can you try remap your gamepad by pressing start, then “configure input” then remap all buttons.
Notes :
To skip unused buttons you need to hold 3s A button.
Hotkey button is select by default. It’s the button that enable you to quite games “start + select” is in fact “start + hotkey”.
