Tracking number will not work for my retrostone

Hi all,
I got my shipping notification and tracking number 8 days ago, however, the tracking number will not work at all.
Whenever I try and use it I just get "Please enter the waybill number" on http://www.trackmeeasy.com/tmsserver/to ... asy.action

I know the email I got with the tracking number says "Please wait few days if the tracking is not found at the beginning. Some tracking number with ChinaEPost and Singpost may not update at all" but the tracking number is not even recognised at all - any suggestions ??
