Smoking Speaker

The speaker started smoking about 30mins into using my handheld. I updating the config.txt file as described before building and double checked everything. Was surprised that the speaker started smoking and it warped the plastic on the speaker slits. Now it appears that my speaker is fried and it won't produce any sound, I have it disconnected right now to avoid any further issues. Anyone else experience a similar issue?

Aside from this everything is working great, thanks for making this build available to us Pierre!
