Loudspeaker not working

Hello all,
I tried since a lot of time to make the loudspeaker working.
I added the lines on the config.txt by different ways (after 1st boot, before, modify after...)
But it didn't work and heat up.
I checked switching to 3.5mm jack and it works, so I'm a bit confused...
I use a Pi 0w with Wifi and BT switched OFF.
If someone has an idea, I'm opened to any idea.
