Received and assembled my raspi boy this morning, all went smoothly and it booted first time.

Second time the screen flashed all different colours cycling through each every second or so.

Third time just a black screen.

Took it apart, checked connections, all ok.

Still boots to black screen, plugging mini hdmi in proves that the pi itself works ok and can play through a tv.
However the mini screen shows nothing.

Any advice?

I've managed to resolve my issue with the screen.
I used some nylon nuts from a pi zero case to clamp the pi and the pcb together to enable a power on test without closing the case.

Still nothing so I reseated the lcd connector a few times - on the fourth attempt success!!

Reassembled the case and all good, except one shoulder button no longer works but I'll fix that.
