Switching Controller Port / Order for gaming

Hello guys,
yesterday i plugged in and configured an xbox360 wired controller to play games. Today i don't have it and i can't play a game with the build in Retrostone2 controller. I can navigate and start games, but after starting the game the controller order is: Xbox gamepad (not connected) as port 1 and Retrostone 2 as port 2 (see in picture). I couldn't find where i can switch the ports/order. Can you help?
P.S. i found a Retropie joystick selection master plugin but was to dumb/newbie to install ist somehow.
