Low battery led always ON

Hi there!
My RS2 has the low battery led always ON.(I have tried several images)
From 100% to 0%, hour and a half of play (GB, NES, GBA)
edit: If I take out The microsd and turn ON the RS2, the low battery led don't turns ON

Yes. Low battery light lights up as soon as the device starts to boot.
If taking the SD-card out so it can't boot, then the light stays off.

Yes its a software issue, will be fixed in future update.

A little bit late but I ran in the same issue (received my Retrostone 2 a few days ago).
You can use my script to fix this:
