My Rapsiboy won't switch on when I flick the on-off switch???

It will boot if briefly connected to a usb cable, then will run fine from battery power?

Also - how can I install themes via a usb stick?

I've noticed that if I switch the raspiboy off and one 3-4 times it will finally power on. Its as if the 3Ah battery doesn't have enough juice to cold boot despite being fully charged.

What can be done to fix this?
