The case usually is slightly open where you'r showing. However it seems open slightly more than usual on your picture.
I think it might be because some wires are stuck inside, maybe L/R wires that got stuck under the circular shape from back casing that holds the gamepad pcb down.

This is how mine is. Yeah could be a cable on the wrong place like Pierre said.

Thank you very much for your picture greavous, and Pierre for your suggestion.
Cables are definitely right, seems my problem is different. Look at this:

Only putting the PCB up to the RPi Zero, and it's not straight. The RPi Zero sets right (straight), but the PCB (don't know why!) don't seems straight. This makes pressure to the case, and can not be closed right.

I expect you all can understand me, my english is not very good.

Is there something between the pi zero and the PCB? I guess you would have already checked but you never know.

Can you press the left hand side of the PCB down so the PCB is flat? ...And then try and close the case again?

It's normal on your pictures. When no pressure the pogo pins are not pressed, but when you press the PCB it should go down correctly.

I still think it's because of wires, if it's not L/R wires then it can also be the battery/speaker/gamepad wires, if they all cross at the same place then it might be a problem, specially if you have the big battery.
