Possible Screen Upgrade

Hello Forum,
I am currently awaiting arrival of the latest version of the Raspiboy, Kinda excited to put it together. Not my first venture into emulation or the use of the Pi. I was wondering, with the proprietary board used in the kit, is it possible to add a larger screen with higher resolution. I see online 7 inch screens that are 1200 x 800 or sometimes slightly less resolution available, how could i replace the "Standard" screen for one of these higher res versions. Specific info on the "standard" screen is appreciated and any compatible screens would also be appreciated.
