Questions and problems after first assembly

Hello everyone,
I received my two raspiboys on friday and could not wait to assemble and install them. I used the help of the assembly video and first I thought it is very easy to get the raspiboy to work. After the assembly, recognized that the "B" Button and the shoulder buttons did not react every time I pushed them. Also the d-pad needed to be bushed very strong to work. I loosened the screws around the d-pad an the buttons a little, the d-pad and the buttons worked okay since then. But to be honest, I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the controls. The d-pad ist pretty loud when pushing it, the shoulder buttons do not work very precisely. Does anybody have a hint for me concerning the controls, because this is not what I imagined, when I ordered my raspiboy.
