RetroStone shipping started? And other questions.

As title, has this started yet?
I didn't back the KS campaign as it was over by the time I discovered it, so bought one on pre-order from the website. Has shipping of the first batch started? And related to that (as it states on the site that ordering there may well get in on the first batch) will that include website pre-orders?
I only ask because I'm away on holiday at the end of this week for a whole week (woot!) and don't want to miss any delivery if one is expected.
Secondly, I notice that the case is a plain grey - will the stone-textured/coloured case be available at a later date as an accessory? I kinda like the look of the stone coloured version
Thirdly - can storage be expanded past 32GB or is that hard-wired in?
