Greetings. I asked for a retrostone on September 30th. There were delays and it was sent on October 20. From October 24, my state is "the item is ready for shipment". Every day that same state. I need a solution to this. I'm very disappointed. Waiting for news every day and nobody tells me anything.
Where is my retrostone?

Sorry about these delays.
There was a waiting list, that's why we took some time to process the order.
About the tracking not updating can you contact me by email so I can help you check it? As I don't have the tracking number there.
PS: usually trackings update only when they reach destination country (or when they reach europe for europe shipments), but it's better to check your packet to make sure there is no problem.
