Boot the Retrostone.
Attach ethernet cable and make sure it starts blinking.
In the Retropie submenu go to Show IP.
On your Win10 machine open any windows explorer folder and type the IP from the RetroStone (such as 192.168.1.xxx)
Enter the username pi and the password pi.
You should now be in for the purpose of loading roms and bios files.
