I looked up the part number that is in the shop for the screen, and found a 4-wire resistive touch screen and usb controller board that apparently matches the screen of the raspiboy.

I'm now wondering if I could find room inside the raspiboy to include a touch screen now!

Does anyone else know anything about resistive touch screens and their usb control boards?

I found this screen but I think that you have to do too many modification to do it work:

The one linked above was literally designed for the raspiboys screen.

Well, was designed for raspberry pi zero but to put inside the case of raspiboy and assemble with the 8bcraft's pbc there will be a lot of modifications. It's not easy to assemble all together.
