Recalbox 4.0 optimizations

I installed on a Raspberry zero v1.3 connected via hdmi to a 1024x600 7" screen for testing
8 bits emulators perfect
megadrive perfect too
Supernes is a little slow.
Neogeo doesn't work (I think that may be a problem with neogeo rom)
Mame with CPS1 game a little slow
Do you know what options I need to change to speed up this emulators?
