Re: Power off?
Are you talking about an actual in game save? Like you went to a pokemon center to save? Or are you talking about retropie save state? Either way, if power is lost like that, anything can become corrupt. Its not surprising that your save is non existent. You should use save states as well as in-game...

Re: GBA ROMs Lagging / Not playing great???
I have the GBA BIOS but the games still aren't running perfectly. What I want to know, is it even possible to have GBA games running perfectly on pi zero w? Its annoying me because I don't know if this is normal or not. If not, then I am very dissapointed that I cannot play gba on my raspiboy. One o...

Re: GBA ROMs Lagging / Not playing great???
Bios-File installed? Well thats included in Raspberry Pi image. Heuu, no, the bios file is not include in any image of retropie The games wouldn't run at all without the BIOS though? So I have to DL and then drop the BIOS into gba folder? I never had to do this before and GB and GBC run OK. So does...

Re: GBA ROMs Lagging / Not playing great???
So I flashed a new SD Card (8gb) with the zero image from retropie website. I made the relevant changes to config.txt to make the audio work. I'm still dissapointed that GBA games don't work without sound lagg. Does anybody have GBA working perfectly?

Re: GBA ROMs Lagging / Not playing great???
Yup, well I only tried it for 1-2 ROMs but they didn't start when I changed it to lr-gpSP. I am now thinking that the render resolution is the problem. Its probably too high, leading to bad performance / lagg.

Re: GBA ROMs Lagging / Not playing great???
So I checked last night and the emulator which works with all my ROMs is lr-mgba. This seems the default one. lr-gpSP didn't work for my GBA ROMs. I tried freeing up some space in case, but I had 4GB free so thats not the issue. I think starting from scratch is my best bet. I remember during my othe...

Re: Is my ribbon connector faulty?
Had the same issue. Especially having to lean on components on the other side of PCB in order to apply pressure to the flap. There's no easy fix but to practise pressing the flap closed without the wire in first. It really needs to be firmly pressed. It will click eventually. It was also the most fr...

Re: Using Battery Indicator Button as a Controller Button
I was wondering what that button is for. So it has no default use on the current build of 8BCraft device? Does it allow checking battery status?

Re: GBA ROMs Lagging / Not playing great???
Which Emulator? Whichever is default (I think). I'll check when I get home. What do you use? And how much free space is on your SD card?
