Got shipping like a week ago and it still doesn't work

Hi,
I ordered the retrostone and got my shipping reference a week ago.
I know it says to wait a few days, but it's a week now and the shipping reference just does not work.
I keep getting "Please enter the waybill number" : http://snpy.in/yvWg7A (I've tried a few different combinations for the number)

Shouldn't it be on the system by now ?

Thanks Sakib - I just got it to work last night by looking for other tracking websites that take "SF" numbers - the one in the email doesn't work, but https://www.trackingmore.com/en.html does - so I'm good - thanks !
