I hope production might start before the end of the kickstarter, I'm discussing with industrials right now (one of them even backed the project ). But I can't start it too soon as I don't know exactly how many pieces to produce!

Have you considered trying to get a reseller, like newegg.com? Newegg already sells emulation devices (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLi ... IsNodeId=1) so they might buy an order of your raspiboy.
