Problem connecting via Ethernet

Hi folks. I’ve recently encountered a problem connecting to my computer network via Ethernet. I connect using putty and it connects fine but doesn’t show up on the computer.

I’ve checked my router and it shows as connected but it’s like it’s not letting any information flow if that’s makes sense?

Sorry for the non technical speak this is all new to me.

It worked fine before and I haven’t changed anything on my computer, router or Retrostone so I’m stumped

It's difficult to know what could have went wrong, it can be a windows update or anything else. Maybe retrorangepi guys will be able to help you more on that topic.

Can you test on other networks and with other computer to try rule them out?

Thanks for the prompt response I reduced the screen resolution to 1600 horizontal and it fixed the font size problem. Ill try playing with NVidia drivers next.
