Do any of you also have problems with the german customs ?
They don`t give me my Retrostone 2 because it would look too similar to Nintendo's Gameboy....they wanna check this with Nintendo and would inform me whats going on
I'm really pissed and hope I didn't spend 200€ for nothing.

Usually they would hold it back because of WIFI/Bluetooth.

I keep my fingers crossed that in the end they will release your merchandise soon!

This happened few time in the past already... In which case they destroyed the packet in the end.
What we usually do is just send another packet again.
Open a ticket on the website if the packet is confirmed to be destroyed and we'll send you a replacement.

Today i got a letter that they will destroy the Console in 10 Days

I will open a Ticket soon.....but then ...please send it in another way -.-

Do u need a Scan of the Letter to proof all this ?
